Reviews and Ratings
Staying at Premier Inn was a great experience overall. The rooms were clean and had all the essentials. Surprisingly, there was no noise despite being close to the airport. The service was excellent with friendly and helpful staff. The location is perfect for catching flights. The dining was satisfying, especially considering the reasonable prices. However, some areas could be improved for an even better stay.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms had excessive noise below and a stinky odor; however, opening the window helped. Cleaning seemed rushed with rubbish left in the bins. Basic amenities like a phone in the room and just one tiny pillow each were provided, with no spares available. The service was attentive, with staff insisting on showing every guest the buffet breakfast despite causing delays. On the positive side, they helped organize transportation efficiently. The location was convenient for Terminal 2, although cleanliness needed improvement. The dining experience was a mix of brilliant and disappointing - located near the Airport but serving cold food. Overall, there were hits and misses.
The hotel was ideal for a quick stopover before heading to the airport. The rooms were a bit cramped for four people, and the lack of heating in the bar area and dining room made it very cold. However, the staff were friendly and efficient, and the location near the airport was convenient.
